MUNICIPAL & GOVERNMENTAL LITIGATION
Unlike many Concord and Manchester firms who are retained to represent governmental interests, our practice regularly brings lawsuits against the state, cities, and towns in state and federal courts. These lawsuits often allege violations of constitutional rights and federal laws, takings, tax abatement, and land use and zoning litigation against governmental entities on behalf of individuals and businesses. In one instance, we successfully represented the interests of 44 wolf-hybrids whose very lives were threatened by the local municipality.
